products are a direct outcome of TPCORP's embroidery techniques
and are supported by a local and international design team of unusually
high calibre with more than three decades of experience.
TPCORP was one of the pioneering firms combining Lycra with Microfiber
to produce an elastic fabric in both sheet and tape forms. Utilizing
this process, TPCORP now has Powernet, Circular Knit and Tricot
Elastomeric fabrics in simultaneous production.
Nonwoven fabrics are widely used as components in the production
of ladies' lingerie, largely for bust enhancement. With its corporate
emphasis on vertical integration and the provision of all a customer's
product needs, TPCORP established a dedicated nonwoven products
department to best service this important market.
Nonwoven fabrics production capacity has grown together with and
in support of vehicle manufacturing. TPCORP now supplier headliners,
rear package fabrics, trunk carpets, interior mats and isulators,
and stand ready to expand production as the economy improves and
production line output returns to full capacity. Also the company's
nonwoven fabrics and elastomeric fabrics are today being used for
applications ranging from pillows, cushions and mats to surgical
masks and high-efficiency air filters.
